For gowns made especially to order, we can not accept returns. We welcome you to come and try any styles before purchasing.
Each gown will be made to order in our Auckland studio and sent out to you with an 8 week lead time.

One of a Kind gowns
Any alterations needed can be carried out in our Albany studio.
Styles are one-of-a-kind due to fabric availability, so get in touch if you’d like a different size and we can offer alternative options.
Returns are available on one-of-a-kind styles within 21 days of purchase in an unworn condition or can be tried on in our studio prior to purchase.
